Went here with sister on 7/4/2024. Gianna the server was friendly, had a smile, checked up on us and was attentive! I got the white peach boba alcohol drink, chicken parmigiana, and my sister got the grilled chicken alfredo. They all tasted good!

I got the Pizookie Pass and wanted to try it out as I haven't had one since high school. We got the Triple Chocolate Pizookie, the s'mores pizookie, and the cookies and cream pizookie as well as the classic cheeseburger. The triple chocolate one was my favorite as it was perfectly chewy and the chocolate ice cream was delicious. I wish it had the chocolate chips on it though! The s'mores pizookie was also delicious as the ratio of marshmallows to cookie was perfectly executed. However, I didn't taste the peanut butter in this pizookie so I'm not sure if I got the right one or not. The cookies and cream one was just okay in my opinion as I couldn't taste the Oreos and only tasted the chocolate. I also didn't enjoy the mousse dollop as it was tasteless and didn't have any flavor. The classic cheeseburger was delicious! The bun was perfectly toasted and the meat was cooked rare and was super tender and juicy. My only complaint was that the cheese wasn't melted on the patty which is what I would've wanted. The fries were cooked perfectly crispy and were tasty! The service here is a hit or miss; the first server I got wasn't very attentive to us and we had to wait a long time to get our food but the second server was great and made sure we had water and had everything we needed. Overall I enjoyed the pizookie pass promotion and was thankful for the opportunity to enjoy the pizookies again.

Food was great but our first server was really rude. We spoke up and got a different server, VENYSE was really great and turned the experience around, checking up on us and got free dessert. Ask for her as your server if you come here, she's great. Cheers!

We stopped by here for a quick bite in the middle of the day. The restaurant was not too busy so we were seated right away. Our server came and took our order of drinks first and then came back for our order of food very quickly. The drinks and food came out after about 5 minutes. The avocado egg roll is delicious and is a nice twist between Asian and Latin fusion, it was crispy on the outside and creamy and tangy on the inside. The chicken Alfredo pasta was decent but not the best, it's what you'd expect from a chain. I do appreciate how quickly the service was because we were in a rush and we were in and out in less than an hour.
